Our quality process ensures that counterfeit detection will keep counterfeit parts and sub standard product out of your supply chain.
We believe quality is the most important aspect of our business and it has been embedded into our companies DNA. We understand the concerns our customers have and we are taking the proper steps to help create our customers a secure supply chain and a safe platform to buy and sell product.

- 100% Visual Inspections on All Parts
- On-site Vendor Inspection
- Discrepancy Inspection Process/Testing When Needed

The Process is Broken Down into 3 Phases
Phase 1: Initial Inspection
This inspection phase ensures all the basic criteria of the purchase order are met.
Components are inspected and verified for:
- Manufacturer part number and MNF
- Date codes and Lot code
Phase 2: Detailed Inspection
- High power super scope inspection
- Counterfeit inspections
- FPGA-BGA and Board inspection
- Dimensional inspections
- Acetone testing for evidence of remarking
- Document all parts with digital photo
Phase 3: Additional Testing When Necessary
Luxe Electronics has partnerships with local test facilities that perform the following
- Solder testing
- Electrical testing
